Payout policy

Billplz transfers your collected payments to your verified bank account automatically on the next business day.

Payout schedule

Payouts are processed once daily. The minimum payout amount is MYR 1.00.

If the payout day falls on a federal public holiday, the payout is processed on the next business day.

All times are in Malaysian Time (MYT, UTC+08:00).

Bank transfer timing

Payouts use MEPS-IBG, Malaysia's interbank GIRO (batch transfer) system. After Billplz processes the payout, your bank takes an additional 1–2 business days to complete the transfer and credit your account.

Example timeline:

• Customer pays on Monday
• Billplz processes payout on Tuesday
• Your bank credits your account on Wednesday or Thursday

Your bank's maintenance schedule can add up to 24 hours to the transfer time.
