Update your merchant logo

Your merchant logo appears on billing pages and payment receipts sent to customers. Adding a logo helps customers recognize your business and makes payment pages look more professional. You can upload, change, or remove your logo at any time.
Before you begin
- You need access to your organization's Settings to update your merchant logo.
- Your logo file must be under 4MB in size.
- Supported file formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP.
Step 1: Go to Settings
In your Billplz dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar navigation.

Step 2: Open the Contact Details section
In the Account Settings page, scroll to the Contact Details section. Click to expand it if it's collapsed.

Step 3: Upload or change your logo
To upload a new logo:
Click the + icon in the logo upload area. Select your logo file from your computer. The logo appears immediately after upload.

To change your existing logo:
Click Change below your current logo. Select a new logo file from your computer.

To remove your logo:
Click Delete below your current logo. This removes the logo from your billing pages and receipts.
Step 4: Save your changes
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Your updated logo now appears on billing pages and payment receipts sent to customers.
