This guide walks you through creating your first collection, sending a bill, and receiving payment. FPX online banking and card payments are enabled by default on all verified accounts.

Before you begin

  • You need a verified Billplz account. Log in to your dashboard at billplz.com.
  • Have your customer's name and email address ready.
  • If you want to test payments before going live, use your sandbox account instead. See Create a sandbox account.

Step 1: Create a collection

Go to Collection in the left navigation. Click Create Collection, enter a name for this collection (e.g., "Consultation fees" or "Product orders"), and click Submit.

A collection is a folder that groups your bills by purpose. You can create separate collections for different products, services, or payment types.
